Mind you, I find that some of the charity shops in Colchester have gone over to the "Vintage" market - there is a sizeable student population. Browsing around one of these I was amazed to see a suspender belt - remember those? So you just have to wait fifty years and all your wardrobe will be wearable again - in an ironic fashion by some young thing.shandyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17372329387935318023noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8466385.post-9737404498695483272018-03-09T00:19:31.661+00:002018-03-09T00:19:31.661+00:00My companion cat, Victoria, finds KidSilkHaze to b...My companion cat, Victoria, finds KidSilkHaze to be "kitty crack"! I had forgotten that they could run on gas, and having spent very few of my seventy years living where gas comes through a pipe, it just didn't occur.
I hope very hard that everything goes well with the changeover.jeanfromcornwallhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10062674591619616456noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8466385.post-41281240336483651682018-03-08T22:10:40.454+00:002018-03-08T22:10:40.454+00:00I bet Myrtle (Kate Davies' newest)would knit u...I bet Myrtle (Kate Davies' newest)would knit up nicely in Rowan's Felted Tweed, one of my favorite yarns. Great colors. Nice hand. Easy to find.
I agree. I once knit a shawl in Kid Silk Haze, and vowed to never repeat the experience!skeindalousnoreply@blogger.com
