My husband fell on Monday morning and fractured his hip. He had surgery yesterday, and is poorly this morning. No more from here for a while. I'll miss you, and I'll be back a.s.a.p.

  87. Sending my prayers and good thoughts to you. Have been so absorbed each night watching the train wreck of the republican convention that I have not really kept up with my blogs.. All I can say is that if the DNC didn't watch every minute of this week and plan to put on the most intelligent passionate coherent unbiased convention next week they don't deserve to win.

Prayers that your husband is recovering and adjusting o the hospital and that the surgery went well.. Best wishes that you are able to carve out some time for yourself and knitting if that helps. We are all here for you!
